Title: Front Desk Clerk Reports to: Owner Supervises Staff: No FLSA Status: NonExempt Job Summary: The Front Desk Clerk will perform general clerical and administrative duties and customer service to support the staff and clients. Duties/Responsibilities: - Perform general clerical duties such as filing photocopying taking and distributing meeting minutes scheduling appointments managing calendars and ordering supplies.
- Answers and directs phone calls and takes messages for appropriate parties.
- Greets customers in reception area and ists with needs or escorts to appropriate staff member (as applicable).
- Writes and distributes emails memos letters faxes and forms.
- Monitors and maintains items in DocuVault account.
- Enters and maintains client and prospect data in software systems.
- ists in the preparation of reports.
- Generates summary sheets to be used by supervisor or auditor.
- Provides superior customer service to all prospects clients vendors and visitors.
- Performs other related duties as igned.
Required Ss/Abilities: - Basic understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational ss and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
- Excellent customer service ss.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software.
- Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
Education and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of related experience required.
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
This is an onsite position Monday through Thurs 95 and Friday 91pm.
