Permanent Placement Fee: 25%
Salary Range: xx35 xx39.37/hour (based on experience)
The Staff Speech Pathologist will provide a full range of diagnostic and clinical services for inpatients and outpatients who may be clified as infant child adolescent adult and geriatric with speech and language problems cognitive deficits voice and fluency problems and swallowing in a multidisciplinary team approach and participation. The therapist must be licensed as a certified speech pathologist in the State of Oklahoma or be eligible for licensure.
Comanches NonCompete Policies:
- AHSA is not to knowingly consider a former direct employee of CCMH who was employed within the last 6 months. They are not eligible for hire through AHSA.

- CCMH agrees to notify AHSA they have applied directly within 7 business days and are not eligible or they become AHSA applicants.

- Must have permanent Oklahoma State licensure or have Oklahoma Temporary Permit under direct supervision pending permanent licensure. Required
- BLS Certification Required
- At least 1 year of experience Preferred.
- Experience with neurogenic patients Dysphagia and pediatrics Preferred.
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : At least 6 possible Saturdays to cover
On Call Requirements : None
