Hennepin County is looking to engage up to three temporary IT Professional staff to ist in the distribution of equipment during a laptop hardware refresh. Duties will include receiving new hardware isting customers with application installations troubleing incidents and disposing of old equipment. All three temporary positions will be onsite at various locations.
These positions will work closely with Service Center concierges the service desk IT et Management and System & Software deployment staff to ensure customers receive le and reliable computing devices. Daily activities will relate to the distribution of computing equipment and the decommissioning and disposal of old equipment.

This is an onsite position staff will work with the service desk and report to one of our 3 Staff Computer Support Center (SC)2 locations:

Consultant will be on a team responsible for the coordination of the ignment of replacement laptops. They will work closely with customers if required to install applications necessary to perform their ociated job duties. This team will also ensure all appropriate et inventory is updated to reflect device ignment. The disposal part of the role will ist in tasks related to the decommissioning of IT ets and working with 3rd parties on receiving staging processing and the final disposal ensuring appropriate ods are used to meet Federal State environmental and County compliance.
