Job Description
Industry: Tech Software – Consumer Marketplace
Location: Mexico City Mexico
Reporting To: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all user acquisition and retention efforts driving and reporting on key metrics like conversion rates CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROI (Return on Investment).
• Optimize digital marketing strategy across paid spend affiliate partnerships influencers and more.
• Manage a team of 5 and collaborate with Drip streamers collectibles influencers and other partners to drive growth.
Required Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in growth owning direct results across multiple channels.
• Fluent English and previous experience working with US companies.
• Experience in organic growth and in the Consumer Marketplace space.
• 3 years of experience in a fastpaced highgrowth technology startup.
• Available for a potential facetoface meeting with the CEO next week in Mexico City
