Tasks

  • Provide firstlevel technical support and troubleing for hardware and software issues at the users location.
  • ist with the setup configuration and maintenance of desktop computers laptops printers and other peripheral devices.
  • Respond to user inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Doent and track issues and resolutions in the companys ticketing system escalating more complex issues to higherlevel support as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar IT support role preferably within the technology or information services industry.
  • Strong problemsolving ss with the ability to trouble and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
