Position available for a Freelancer 3d/week on location in our office in Brussels.

We are looking for a topcl SEA & Growth Strategist to join our marketing team as a freelance and lead our paid search efforts.

In this role you will be at the forefront of driving mive lead generation and fueling our growth across all the markets we operate in. Through expert of Google Ads and other paid search platforms youll bring in highquality traffic and unlock new opportunities for scaling our business.

Your strategic approach to optimizing campaigns for maximum conversions and your relentless pursuit of ROI will ensure that Shyfter dominates the competitive landscape. Were not just looking for someone to manage ads we need a growth driver who will turn search engine advertising into a powerful engine of growth and market expansion.

Tasks

• Plan execute and optimize SEA campaigns across Google Ads Bing Ads and other platforms (Meta) to drive targeted traffic.
• Perform keyword research and selection for payperclick (PPC) campaigns ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
• Monitor and yze campaign performance data (CTR CPC CPA conversion rates) adjusting bids and tactics to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy landing pages and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with the content & product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid search and ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Provide insights and weekly performance reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• A min 5 years proven experience as an SEA Specialist with a strong track record of driving results through paid search campaigns.
• Proficiency in using Google Ads Bing Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Strong ytical ss with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Familiarity with A/B testing ods and tools for ad optimization.
• Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices in search engine advertising.
• Excellent communication and collaboration ss to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR software workforce management tools or related technologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to target markets (e.g. French Spanish German etc.) is highly desirable.
• Ability to take initiative in a fastpaced ultradynamic environment.
