Were looking for a Sales Operations & ytics Manager who will not only help streamline our internal operations but will also ensure that our sales team has the insights and tools needed to meet the everevolving needs of our customers.

Your Mission

  • You will take the lead on managing key sales operations projects ensuring that each initiative is aligned with our business goals and contributes to delivering outstanding customer results.
  • You will regularly gather yze and present sales performance data translating complex data into actionable insights that help guide leadership decisions and improve overall sales effectiveness.
  • You will constantly evaluate and refine our sales processes identifying opportunities for optimization that increase operational efficiency and support the rapid development cycles of our customers.
  • You will organize and facilitate sales meetings ensuring that all relevant data is prepared and clear agendas are set while also following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • You will collaborate closely with the sales customer value and app management teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives fostering open communication and seamless across departments.

Your Experience

  1. 3 years of experience in sales operations project management or a similar role where you have successfully managed internal processes and contributed to operational efficiency.
  2. Strong ss in pulling and yzing sales data with a demonstrated ability to turn data insights into actionable steps that drive improvement.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously showing strong organizational and project management ss that enable you to meet deadlines while maintaining highquality standards.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation ss with the ability to engage effectively with crossfunctional teams and clearly convey insights and strategies to leadership.
  5. Fluency in English. Proficiency in German is a strong plus.
