About the software:
Our product is a SaaS B2B platform that supports companies on their entire sustainability journey with a focus on the one thing that will help our planet: Reducing emissions. And yes we also use AI to do so.
Tasks
- Act as the primary interface between stakeholders customers engineers and data scientists being responsible for the product development of a module within our climate control center
- Drive the whole product development cycle from gathering customer input requirement ysis to conceptualization prioritization software development and quality urance in a crossfunctional team
- Operate as part of a formation of product leaders to materialize a joint product vision translate complex technical concepts into businessfriendly language and align stakeholders on shared goals.
- Work closely with our CTO (Florian) our Product Lead (Lea) and our Sustainability Lead (Yacin) to translate customer requirements into new concepts
How we work:
- Daily and weekly alignment and concepting sessions within the product and engineering team
- Weekly stakeholder meeting discussing a joint product roadmap with different flightlevels and gathering customer feedback
- Working in an industrystandard SCRUM process (daily refinement planning review retro) with twoweek sprints in a crossfunctional engineering team
Requirements
- You live in the EU (CET 3) with a valid work permit
- 5 years of experience in product management
- MUST: Fluent in English excellent oral and written communication ss precise language (German is a plus)
- Proficiency in at least one agile odology
- Excellent knowledge and experience in common product management and prioritization frameworks
- Confident handling of planning wireframing taskmanagement doentation and conceptualization tools like Figma / Figjam and JIRA or alike
- Handson mentality agile mindset and acting business oriented
- You have successfully taken multiple products or services to market and have a strong ability to handle complexity and simplify it for others.
- You are pionate about the fight against the climate crisis and creating customeroriented solutions that deliver real added value
- Plus: Degree in computer science (Bachelor Master or Dr.)
- Plus: Earlystage startup experience
- Plus: Knowledge in EU regulations (CSRD EU Taxonomy GHG protocol) or Product Lifecycle essments (PLCA)
