Job Description

Job Title: IT contract specialist (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop negotiate and manage IT contracts ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to define contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor contract performance addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely renewals amendments and terminations of IT contracts.
  • Maintain uptodate records of all contracts and agreements.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Contract Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in IT contract management or procurement.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and drafting contracts preferably in the IT sector.
  • Experience with contract laws regulations and best practices.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
