Job Description
Job Title: IT contract specialist (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop negotiate and manage IT contracts ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to define contract terms and conditions.
- Monitor contract performance addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure timely renewals amendments and terminations of IT contracts.
- Maintain uptodate records of all contracts and agreements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Contract Management or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in IT contract management or procurement.
- Proven experience in negotiating and drafting contracts preferably in the IT sector.
- Experience with contract laws regulations and best practices.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
