Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support to customers via phone email and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Doent and track support requests in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain technical doentation FAQs and support guides.
- Train and ist customers with product features and best practices.
- Continuously improve the support process and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a technical support or customer support role.
- Strong understanding of software and hardware troubleing.
- Excellent problemsolving ss and attention to detail.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Strong communication ss both verbal and written.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
