We have partnered with a large Real Estate Development company in the Buffalo NY area to provide them with a Commercial Leasing Agent. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Ss for the Commercial Leasing Agent:
#1. Commercial & retail leasing experience regionally and nationally.
#2. Prior experience in sales cold calling prospecting and budget management.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Leasing Agent:
- Develop relationships with prospective tenants through coldcalling and networking on a local regional and national level.
- Lease retail space to tenants on a national and regional level. Focus on cotenant mix and design that enhances both destination and impulse buying.
- Perform daily leasing & management duties in a retail space interfacing with all tenants vendors and other personnel to professionally lease & maintain company retail properties.
- Canving national and regional contacts for potential tenant prospects.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with existing tenants.
- ist in identifying new acquisition development projects and identify existing projects through expansion.
Requirements of the Commercial Leasing Agent:
- Excellent organizational written and communication ss.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property leasing or student graduates with entrepreneur and leadership education encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales cold calling prospecting and budget management
- Proven track record of success

- 100% In office
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No CorptoCorp.
