Business ociate - Product Supply

CK Group are recruiting for a Business ociate, Product Supply, to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry based in Basingstoke, on a contract basis for 6 months. This role is hybrid, with 3 days based in Basingstoke and 2 days remote.


Salary:

From 17.85 per hour to 23.80 per hour depending upon experience. This role is inside IR35.


Business ociate within Product Supply Role:

In this role, the business ociate will experience all aspects of the finance team s operations, particularly in areas of, supply chain management and financial partnering with broader business units and supporting the Product Supply and Distribution team to identify potential future process improvements and financial savings.

• Supporting the month end process, evaluating sales and inputting in the month end reporting process.
• Reporting sales and financial metrics to government or other external agencies.
• Weekly sales reporting, using SAP, ex-wholesale and market data sources.
• Tracking and validation of free of charge billings, sales data and customer incentive proposals.
• ysing sales data supporting internal customer requests.
• Commercial scheme management updating trackers, monitoring and ysing trends.
• Supporting the Commercial Manager in building and initiating deals with external customers.
• Identify and implement process improvements for the wider team.

Your Background:

• Strong business aen including data ysis, accurate reporting and presentation ss.
• Thrives in a team environment but also self-motivating and happy to work on individual tasks.
• Good technical experience of excel essential/ sales reporting systems.
• Experience of PowerBI and interesting in Data ytics & Data Visualization.
