We are looking for talented recruitment consultants to join our growing office in Hammersmith. Your role
Commercial
- Build and develop a client portfolio targeting and identifying key contacts at prospective companies through telephone prospecting mailing and networking.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
Sourcing & Recruitment
- Develop a strong understanding of your market in the UK.
- Understand the business expectations and culture of each clients company.
- Write job offers and post them on the companys website as well as various job boards.
- Source candidates via job boards and social networks.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant or B2B sales executive.
- Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation ss.
- Familiarity with relevant sourcing tools and software.
- A resultsdriven approach and a strong sense of accountability.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
