Job Description

Compensation:
USD 10 25/hour.

Location:
Remote (for M xico Argentina Costa Rica Brasil Ecuador Venezuela Colombia and Chile residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are expert in IT Operations Management ServiceNow ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) and SecOps (Security Operations).
  • English Conversational.
Responsibilities and more:
  • Lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and odologies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for endusers and technical teams.
  • Trouble and resolve complex issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to ensure optimal use of the platform.


Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
  • CSA certification is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Problem Change and et Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
  • Demonstrate expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules including CSM ITAM ITBM ITOM Platform Discovery SecOps and ITSM.
