The Nurse practitioner will work out of our office located in Brooklyn NY and provide quality virtual care to patients.

Full scope of primary care via telehealth.

Valid NP license in the state of NY
Telehealth experience preferred
Full time in office in Brooklyn NY
Schedule: 9am6pm
