Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Conduct legal research
- Draft legal doents
- Communicate with clients
- Manage cases
- Provide advice and counsel in general and labor counsel matters
Experience you will need:
- 5 years experience as an ociate
- Legal research writing and doent drafting ss
- Client communication and case management ss
- Strong ytical and problemsolving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational ss
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- New York State Bar admission
- Prior experience in education law is essential
