What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with firm partners on all aspects of litigation management
  • Conduct doent review and legal research
  • Draft pleadings discovery dispositive motions and responses
  • Take depositions and attend mediations
  • Prepare for and attend trials and arbitrations

Experience you will need:

  • At least 4 years of litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas
  • Preferred but not required: experience in construction insurance defense or real estate law
  • Strong legal research writing and negotiation ss
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational ss
