Job Description:
As the technology Business Head you will play a pivotal role in driving the IT strategy and ensuring the efficient and secure operation of technology infrastructure and data management systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies procedures and best practices as well as managing vendor relationships and overseeing process and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks servers and data centers.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data by developing and enforcing robust security policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of service.
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals providing guidance and support.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 1015 years of experience in IT infrastructure and data management roles.
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
- Proven ability to develop and execute IT strategies in a complex fastpaced environment.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal ss.
- Experience working with cloud technologies particularly AWS is a strong et.
- Project management experience including managing largescale technology infrastructure projects is essential.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM ITIL PMP) are preferred.
