Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse Intermediate Care (Nursing)
Address: Rochester New York 14617
Shift Type: 12hr Nights (7 PM to 7 AM)
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the intermediate care unit monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition.
- Utilize previous ICU experience to ess complex patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team for effective care planning.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using the Epic electronic health record system for doentation medication administration and patient tracking.
- Maintain a minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in an acute care setting ensuring uptodate clinical ss and knowledge.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans medications and health management fostering a supportive environment for recover
Required Certifications/ Doents:
- Need BLS
- Vaccination Card
