Job Description
Role: Oracle Cloud Manufacturing/Planning
Sydney OH (local) or Onsite resource
Production support project management systems ysis of Oracle business solutions in a multiplant global manufacturing environment.
Work closely with user organizations to gather business requirements and provide training in the Oracle Manufacturing/Planning space.
o INV BOM CST WIP eKB ENG EAM
o ASCP a plus
Respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fastpaced manufacturing environment
Attend meetings to gather requirements for new applications or modifications to existing applications
Responsible for designing configuring testing implementing and maintaining oracle application modules.
Conduct enduser training upon completion of solution deployment
Collaborate with other IT functional teams to develop processes for end customers
Responsible for underlying architecture for Oracle applications
Gather and yze requirements for new applications or modifications to existing applications
Responsible for designing configuring testing implementing and maintaining oracle application modules
Conduct enduser training and triage support requests across Oracle applications
Address enduser issues and problems without istance from other functional yst(s)
Prepare MD050s and Configurations Sheets
Be available for occasional weekend and off hours on call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities
Lead or participate in medium/large Oracle Projects
