We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Investment Banking ociate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ytical background excellent communication ss and a pion for finance and investment banking.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive financial ysis and modeling to support mergers acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
- Prepare detailed presentations and pitch books for client meetings and marketing purposes.
- ist in due diligence processes including financial statement ysis and industry research.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop and execute transaction strategies.
- Build and maintain financial models and valuation yses including DCF precedent transactions and comparable company yses.
- Liaise with clients and external advisors providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
- Stay current with market trends industry developments and regulatory changes to inform strategic recommendations.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 24 years of experience in investment banking private equity or related financial services.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Strong ytical ss and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- The salary for the Investment Banking ociate position typically ranges from $100000 to $150000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and other incentives.
