Job Description

In this role you will work closely with senior bankers to support the of various transactions including mergers and acquisitions capital raising and financial advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your financial aen and advance your career in investment banking.
Key Responsibilities- Financial ysis: Conduct indepth financial modeling and valuation yses using ods such as DCF comparable company ysis and precedent transactions.
- Research: Perform industry and market research to support transaction strategy and recommendations.
- Due Diligence: ist in the due diligence process by collecting yzing and organizing financial and operational data.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare pitch books presentations and other materials for client meetings and internal discussions.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings taking notes and contributing to discussions as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members on various projects ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
- Experience: Previous internship experience in investment banking private equity or related finance roles is preferred.
- Ss: Strong ytical and quantitative ss with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Familiarity with PowerPoint for presentations is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal ss and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
