Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Private Credit Vice President to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing underwriting and managing a portfolio of private credit investments. You will work closely with senior management and collaborate with other team members to identify investment opportunities conduct thorough due diligence and develop strategic relationships with clients and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Investment Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in private credit across various sectors utilizing your network and market knowledge.

Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process including financial ysis credit essments and risk evaluations to determine the viability of investment opportunities.

Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage an existing portfolio of investments monitoring performance conducting regular reviews and recommending strategic actions to maximize returns.

Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors sponsors and other key stakeholders to enhance business development efforts.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members providing support and fostering professional growth within the team.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends market developments and regulatory changes impacting private credit and provide insights to inform investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 58 years of experience in private credit investment banking private equity or related fields.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing private credit transactions.
- Strong ytical ss with a deep understanding of credit ysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
