Job Description
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be pionate about identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in highgrowth companies across various sectors. This role involves conducting thorough market research financial ysis and due diligence as well as supporting the portfolio management process.
Key Responsibilities:- Investment Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends opportunities and potential investment targets.
- Financial ysis: yze financial statements and models to ess the viability and growth potential of prospective investments.
- Due Diligence: ist in the due diligence process including the collection and ysis of data interviews with management teams and competitive landscape essments.
- Investment Memo Preparation: Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal review and decisionmaking.
- Portfolio Support: Monitor and yze the performance of portfolio companies providing insights and recommendations to the investment team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs industry experts and coinvestors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members on sourcing and executing investment opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 24 years of experience in investment banking private equity venture capital or a related field.
- Strong ytical ss with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pion for technology and highgrowth companies; understanding of current market trends is a plus.
