Job Description

Position Overview: The Managing Director will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the firms investment activities. This role requires a deep understanding of the private equity landscape exceptional dealmaking ss and the ability to foster strong relationships with portfolio companies investors and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investment Strategy: Develop and execute the firms investment strategy identifying attractive investment opportunities and sectors.
- Deal Sourcing: Lead the sourcing evaluation and of investment opportunities including conducting due diligence and negotiations.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of portfolio companies working closely with management teams to drive operational improvements and growth strategies.
- Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors providing regular updates on fund performance and investment strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead investment professionals fostering a culture of collaboration excellence and professional development.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends and developments to identify new investment opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Risk Management: Ensure robust risk essment processes are in place to mitigate potential investment risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in private equity investment banking or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful deal sourcing and portfolio management.
- Strong ytical ss and financial aen.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal ss.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
