Job Description/ Responsibilities
Manage the ServiceNow licenses for Client
Liaison with ServiceNow High team to get the issues resolved
Project manage the modules on boarding
Stakeholder management
Report on regular basis about the macro level ServiceNow modules implementation and connects with ServiceNow team
Technical evaluation of Client requirements on new modules and implementations
Must take ownership of managing client and ServiceNow communications
