Job Detail Description :
1. Achieve the provided sales target. 2. Being watchful for all arrival customers as well as existing customers attentively. 3. Wear the provided uniform and accessories in an appropriate manner. 4. Welcome the customers with energy and enthusiasm. 5. Follow and approach the customers at the correct time in a professional manner. 6. Answer all the quarries with respect to price product and technical details. 7. Offer alternative products which showing genuine interest towards the customers. 8. Make the sales and close the deal at an appropriate moment. 9. Check all stocks for any inconsistency and report immediately to the Sales Executive. 10. Prepare sales report for the previous day. 11. Escort or confirm to the cashier while taking enough care. 12. Guide the sales istants to ist the customers to locate the purchased goods. 13. Provide necessary after sales service. 14. Display the products and maintain them clean and safe manner which would increase the customer attraction. 15. Maintain store shelves necessary manner while ensuring all the products/stocks are available. 16. Develop a great relationship with customers as well as follow staff members. 17. ist the team members and customers unconditionally. 18. Lift and carry the products as an when required. 19. Follow the guidance as and when needed and get guidance whenever the next step is not clear. 20. Mandatory to obtain the product knowledge necessary customer service and merchandising ss with the discussion of the immediate superiors. 21. Be sensitive enough to understand different languages and manners which speaks by the customers. 22. Write the receipts and handle the cash machine as and when required. 23. Responsible for the cash as and when required. 24. Adhere with all the health and safety guidance while performing duty.
