The Role:As Global Head of ICT Operations you will be responsible for ensuring that Ascoms business and partners across multiple sectors are fully supported with efficient scalable and wellfunctioning IT infrastructure and services. Reporting directly to the CIO youll oversee global ICT operations and architecture driving continuous improvement and shaping the future of Ascoms ICT capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ICT infrastructure operations architecture and business applications globally.
- Deliver efficient processdriven ICT services in line with business objectives and IT directives.
- Strengthen a globally centralized ICT organization that supports diverse sectors from healthcare to industrial settings.
- Lead and develop a talented diverse ICT team ensuring the right ss and resources are in place.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key ICT partners and stakeholders overseeing the ICT operations budget.
- Act as a strategic interface between different business units continuously improving ICT service quality.
- Develop and implement an annual ICT operations tactical plan aligned with both business and stakeholder needs.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven management experience in a global multisector company.
- Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of modern business process engineering with a processfocused mindset.
- Excellent communication ss in English both written and verbal.
- Advanced expertise in information management and project management.
- Ability to translate diverse business needs into IT solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
