We are currently in search of SolmateTechnicianfor Soltec North America.

Your goal will be provideremote and onsite technical support to our clients.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

The Solmate technicianwill be delivering firstcl customer service and creating client engagement.

Main responsibilities

Manage incidents and claims through our helpdesk platform.
Trouble electronic communication and mechanical incidents.
Repair or replace electronic or communication devices.
Conduct maintenance of equipment.
Supervise subcontractors.
Manage warranty claims.
Regular commutes to onsite locations within the State of ME will be required. Occasional trips to plants out of the State.
Monitoring of alarms and events

Qualifications

• Certified trade school in Electronics Instrumentation Renewables.
  
• Proficiency in English is required. Bilingual ss in Spanish may be advantageous for communication with diverse teams and customers.
• 12 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles preferably in the renewable energy industry. (Not exclusive)
• Electronics instrumentation low voltage.Desired: Basic electrical and mechanical experience.
  
• Great communication ss. Experience providing customer support.
