Job Title: Devops Engineer

The DevOps Engineer will design build maintain and optimize cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines. They will be responsible for implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform automating routine tasks troubleing system issues and ensuring the smooth integration of new features and applications in collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities:

Design Build and Maintain Infrastructure in Cloud Environments:

• Design scalable resilient cloud infrastructure architectures.
• Doent and review infrastructure designs with stakeholders to align with business goals.
• Deploy cloud infrastructure using automated tools to ensure consistency and reduce manual errors.
• Monitor infrastructure health optimize resource allocation and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure the security of cloud infrastructure by designing and implementing security measures and conducting regular security audits.

Develop and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines:

• Design CI/CD pipelines that automate application building testing and deployment.
• Integrate version control systems (e.g. Git) build tools and deployment platforms into the pipeline.
• Ensure support for multiple environments versioning and rollback capabilities.
• Automate deployments and monitor CI processes to ensure timely feedback to developers.
  
  Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Using Terraform:
  
  • Write and maintain Terraform configuration files for defining cloud resources.
    
  • Modularize configurations for reusability and maintainability across projects.
    
  • Automate infrastructure management using Terraform integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
    
  • Regularly review and refactor Terraform code to improve performance and security.
    
  Automate Routine Tasks to Improve Productivity:
  
  • Identify and yze repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
    
  • Select and implement appropriate automation tools (e.g. Ansible Puppet Chef).
    
  • Monitor and maintain automation scripts ensuring they are efficient and reliable.
    
  • Train team members on how to use and maintain automation tools and scripts.
    
  Trouble and Resolve Critical System Issues:
  
  • Implement monitoring and alert systems to detect outages and performance issues in realtime.
    
  • Conduct root cause ysis and doent findings to resolve system bottlenecks and outages.
    
  • Review and update incident response plans based on postincident reviews.
    
  Ensure Security Best Practices Across Infrastructure:
  
  • Develop and implement security policies and guidelines for infrastructure management.
    
  • Regularly scan for vulnerabilities prioritize remediation efforts and conduct security audits.
    
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
    
  Monitor System Performance and Improve Reliability:
  
  • Set up performance monitoring tools (e.g. Proeus Grafana) to track system metrics.
    
  • yze performance data to identify trends and optimize infrastructure for reliability.
    
  • Conduct capacity planning and implement autoscaling solutions to handle future growth.
    
  Collaborate with Development Teams for Feature Integration:
  
  • Work with development teams to plan and coordinate the integration of new features.
    
  • Set up test environments perform testing and support deployment.
    
  • Monitor postdeployment performance and provide feedback to development teams.

Qualifications:

• 02 years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure design CI/CD pipeline development and IaC using Terraform is preferred
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g. Ansible Puppet Chef) and performance monitoring tools (e.g. Proeus Grafana).
• Proficiency in troubleing complex systems and implementing security best practices.
