Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Legal istant with 5 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be organized detailoriented and capable of managing a diverse workload in a fastpaced environment. The legal istant will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys maintaining case files and ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our litigation team.
What youll do:
Calendaring & scheduling hearings depositions and meditations.
Draft routine legal doents for review by Attorney.
Review organize and case materials.
Draft pleadings subpoenas discovery requests and responses correspondence interrogatories/answers other legal doents.
ist in deposition preparation pretrial investigations trial preparation including istance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial.
Opening/closing files
Administrative case processing.
Client Interaction
Case updates.
The ideal candidate:
Experience and knowledge of State and Federal court system and filings.
Experience with doent management and client management software systems.
Litigation experience.
Ediscovery.
Federal and State Court experience.
Organized & Detailoriented.
Capable of managing a diverse workload in a fastpaced environment.
