Tasks

• Workspace Management: Be the driving force behind a productive and welcoming office environment managing space logistics and keeping office supplies organized to support the teams success.
• Support with Onboarding/Offboarding: Ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing team members by coordinating office setup and administrative processes helping new employees feel welcome and integrated into our company.
• Event and Travel Coordination: Manage company events travel arrangements and accommodation logistics to ensure smooth experiences for the team.Innovative Office Solutions: Find dynamic and creative solutions to optimize the office space and enhance the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Germany.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in both German (C1) and English (C1) is essential.
• Availability to commit to a parttime schedule of 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to visit our Berlin office at least twice a week.
• No specific field of study is required but a genuine pion for making an impact in the HR space is key to being a great fit for our team.
