We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team responsible for developing and maintaining our freelancing platform which consists of several web applications. You can specialize in either backend or frontend development while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire stack to make informed technical and product decisions. Key responsibilities include designing coding and optimizing features while ensuring performance and security standards are met. Ideally you have a strong portfolio showcasing a fullstack application or a key feature that demonstrates your expertise and decisionmaking across the stack.

Tasks

• In your role you will design develop and implement new features or improve existing endtoend solutions.
• You will ensure that backend systems are performant secure and reliable using Python FastAPI Postgres and RabbitMQ/Redis.
• You will also ensure that the frontend is highly responsive intuitive and visually appealing using React Tanstack Query Zustand Tailwind and TypeScript.
• You will develop systems with realtime eventdriven and asynchronous architecture.
• In collaboration with the product team designers and other developers you will create innovative and cohesive solutions.
• You will regularly review and optimize code to ensure it meets performance security and scalability standards.
• You will handle troubleing debugging and updating existing software.
• You will doent software functionalities and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• A relevant degree e.g. a Bachelors in (Business) Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of practical experience in web development.
• Proficiency in the entire software development lifecycle including various (agile) development odologies coding standards code reviews source control management deployments testing and operations.
• ytical thinking creativity and teamwork ss; you can guide and develop other developers through your independent reliable qualityoriented and efficient work style.
• A strong sense of good UX/UI.
• Language ss: Excellent command of English is required.
