Job Description
Hey cheese lovers!
Were looking for an enthusiastic allrounder to join our Fondue Villa team as a fulltime team leader. Are you ready to take charge of the daytoday operations of our cozy cheese paradise Then we might have the perfect job for you!
Tasks
What will you do
- Youll be on the floor fulltime ensuring our guests have an unforgettable fondue experience.
- Youll keep an eye on the quality of our food and service (and of course regularly taste to make sure the cheese is still delicious ).
- Youll create schedules and ensure we always have enough hands in the service & kitchen.
- Youll manage inventory order supplies on time and pick them up (because without cheese theres no fondue!).
- Youll coach our team of cheese lovers and ensure everyone enjoys their work.
- Youll find the perfect balance between quantity and quality making sure every guest has a fantastic cheesy time.
Requirements
Who are you
- You have at least 3 years of experience in hospitality.
- You have experience as a leader in the hospitality industry.
- You understand that we are an experience restaurant where guests are not just a number but deserve an unforgettable time.
- You know how to keep a restaurant running smoothly.
- Youre a true team player who knows how to bring out the best in people.
- Youre flexible stressresistant and ready to roll up your sleeves.
- You speak fluent English and preferably a bit of German too.
- And of course: you love cheese!
