Tasks
- You are responsible to screen our user base and payment requests detect fraud and take actions accordingly
- You understand the importance of fraud prevention and the impact on our business
- You work closely with customer support to help resolving tickets
- You detect and flag recurring fraud patterns and work together with the product and tech team to implement new detection measures
- You generally understand how our industry works develop a feeling for possible loopholes and know how to minimize them
- You are able to quickly adapt to the dynamics of the market and to new technologies
- You can support us between 2040 hours per week
Requirements
- ytical and critical thinking ss paired with affinity for numbers and data
- 12 years of general work experience experience in fraud management is a plus but not a must
- Ability to learn quickly and adopt new concepts confidence in handling Excel
- A proactive thorough and independent way of working
- You are enthusiastic about mobile games and online topics
- High level of interpersonal ss and excellent communication ss
- You are fluent in German English is a plus
