Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound and outbound systems functionality expertise to support 3PL DC operations and ist in developing a Concept of Operations for how the DC will work in the new WMS
- Collaborate across the J&J Supply Chain network: Distribution Excellence Planning (US & OUS) MAKE Transportation IT and DT Customer Service Engineering and more to confirm business requirements and support simulation testing
- Participate in endtoend process mapping for current and future state ensuring the broader supply chain ecosystem (upstream and downstream system processes) are represented and aligning business strategy to systems strategy and architecture
- Collaborate with multifunctional business process design efforts to develop warehouse distribution systems processes from concept to reality.
- Work multifunctionally to define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for all WMS processes and related functionality to meet the Concept of Operations and all applicable J&J Quality GxP IAPP and security guidelines.
- Find opportunities to apply base product functionality to improve the template and lead the business to industry standard odology solutions.
- Identify and define opportunities to improve base product functionality to add to the core template.
- Handle risks efficiently identify potential problems and gaps early and ist in resolving or raising issues as appropriate
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree required; focused degree specifically in Logistics Supply Chain Systems or Business preferred
Experience and Ss:
Required:
- Medical Device sector/industry experience
- Minimum five (5) years of WMS Management Maintenance and implementation experience.
- Experience constructing and implementing Business and Operational strategies (Concept of Operations)
- Ability to configure WMS systems to meet MVP
- Ability to use data and ytics to drive data based solutions
- Strong problemsolving communication and influencing ss
- Proven track record working multifunctionally and applying End to End thought processes.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a multifaceted environment
- Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Preferred:
- E2E supply chain knowledge and experience such as operations network planning and/or systems implementations
- Solid ss using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise in SAP Order To Cash or ERP order management processes
- Experience in SAP EWM
- Experience in Ethicon Endo &CSS Supply Chain processes or similar Medical Device business
- Experience with Jira
- Agile odology knowledge and experience
- Lean Six Sigma or APICS odologies knowledge and/or certifications
