Job Description
.
ist the Project Manager in all needed project activities.
.
Carry-out all type of communications with internal departments and external stakeholders (subcontractor, consultant, Client, suppliers).
.
Conduct site visits and ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
.
Review project time schedule with the Planning Engineer.
.
Create and follow-up on PRs and POs till the material is delivered to the site.
.
Contact suppliers to schedule for the FAT and attend it.
.
Review the contract in regard to the subcontractor and the client, to make sure it complies with the approved budget.
.
Follow-up on the drawings with the Technical Office to issue the PR.
.
Track the financial status of the project to compare between the cost and the budget.
.
Support the PM and the Contracts department in projects cost claims and variation orders.
.
Follow-up on the procurement plan & material delivery schedules.
.
Attend project meetings (internally with EET&D departments & externally with the client and consultant).
.
Review, prepare and confirm Projects Baseline budgets and revised budgets in accordance with Project Manager.
.
ist Project Manager in all major tasks such as (Preliminary acceptance doents and certificates, Final material settlement, and Final acceptance certificates)
.
Prepare and monitor Client/ Consultant required reports and doents for ex: (Org. Chart, Project Cash Flow Plan, invoicing plan, material tracking reports, progress reports, Hot issue reports tracking)
.
Review Material Receiving reports after being inspected and delivered to Warehouse.
.
Ensure that projects achieve quarter targets on quarterly basis after co-ordination with Finance department.
.
Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
.
Prepare and review client invoices to achieve proper projects cash flow.
