Job Description
- Under supervision conduct internal audits on activities/ processes according to (SPS ) { implemented QHSE management system } & ISO ( the frequently as per internal audit plan)
- Participate in the preparation of audit reports and audit records ( checklists/ NCRs)
- Follow up the corrective action taken of internal audits and measure the action effectiveness
- Fulfill the customer requirements against quality urance requirements within the agreed time as per SOP
- Review the new supplier doents within the agreed time in SOP ( Cancel this point )
- Responsible for arranging with depts. to p the customer audits
- Responsible for training/awareness sessions to employ for QHSE Management system& ISO & Quality urance policies and procedures
- Conduct unplanned audits & investigation activities according to Quality urance manager directions
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
- Please make sure to ensure ongoing compliance with quality & industry regulatory requirements.
- Fulfill customer doentation requirements due to date & Client Questionnaire
- Responsible for handling customer complaints with related departments
- Responsible for follow-up correction and corrective actions from customer complaints with ociated departments
- Personal guide with customers during their visits
- Any other tasks related to work and are asked by the Quality urance Manager
- Follow-up System/Product/ customer approval processes
