Job Description
- Controlling, Preparing, and conducting daily inspections.
- Recording all the site activity data and maintaining the site's daily report.
- Interacting daily with the construction sites to interpret their needs and requirements.
- Design scope of work includes (land leveling, clearing and cut/fill studies, Drainage studies, Detailed design with calculation notes for Temporary facilities, Laydown areas, Fences, Gate, and Buildings; such as the main Control Room, Security Room, Warehouse, etc.
- Overall monitoring of all trades regarding progress, quality, HSE, and Cost-controlling.
- Review and count the invoices and quantities provided by the contractor.
- Prepare engineering deliverables such as (Civil design drawings, calculation notes, shop drawings, technical specifications, and BOQ,&ip;..etc.) including AS-BUILT drawings and doentation.
- Support procurement, construction, and commissioning/start-up activities.
