Job Description
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Technical Ss: In-depth knowledge of estimating techniques for heavy civil projects.
Software: Familiarity with estimating software such as Primavera or AutoCAD.
ysis: Strong ytical ss to evaluate technical doents and costs.
Communication: Effective communication ss to clearly present estimates and reports.
Critical Thinking: Ability to ess risks and opportunities in projects.
Specification Knowledge: Knowledge of technical specifications and standards for heavy civil projects.
