Job Description
- Responsible for managing the visa application process for employees traveling internationally
- Ensuring all visa application requirements are met and necessary doentation is provided
- Liaising with embies and consulates to obtain visas and necessary travel doents
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and providing guidance to employees and management
- isting with travel arrangements, such as booking flights and accommodations
- Managing visa expenses, ensuring timely payment and accurate record-keeping
