We are seeking a highly sed and dedicated individual to join our team for highend automotive clients. This role requires nativelevel proficiency in Dutch and advanced proficiency in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for customers (coordination with markets retailers (including concierge roles) internal stakeholders for all customer.
- Serve as a liaison with external suppliers to address and resolve premium customer requests.
- Solve customers requests by always offering exquisite treatment.
- Manage incidents efficiently guiding the management always to customer satisfaction and loyalty to avoid formal customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Advanced Dutch level (min C2).
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
- Excellent coordination and communication ss.
- Proactive.
- Solutionoriented and flexible to find ways to facilitate solutions.
Offer:
- Permanent contract.
- 39hour work week.
- Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM Monday to Friday.
- Possibility of for availability outside of regular hours. Between 200 and 400 euros per month.
- Salary up to 26500/year
- Paid training for 3 weeks
