We are currently looking for an HVAC engineer in our office in Nivelles or Mechelen.
What is the role About
Your responsibilities may include:
Basic and detailed engineering of HVAC installations based upon design deliverables of the other disciplines (architecture process and utility heat loads extraction needs HAZOP );
Elaboration of technical deliverables as specifications equipment datasheets hydraulic and aeraulic diagrams heat loss calculation equipment/ducting layouts;
Delegation and supervision to the IPS backoffice who will support you in performing the detailed design and 3D modelling;
Supporting the project management team during the procurement activities with technical expertise;
Authors supervision and Contract management during the realization phase;
Respecting project budgets and deadlines;
Reporting to Project Manager and Engineering manager;
Technical coordination with other engineering disciplines.
Requirements
Who are you
You have an engineering degree (civil or industrial) in ElectroMechanics with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
You have excellent communication ss a creative mind and flexible mindset. You are able and willing to take initiative and you are also a team player.
You are rigorous anticipative and stress resistant.
Any experience in Pharmaceutical Food & Beverage Chemical and/or Primary Industries is an et.
You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of French and/or Dutch.
Expertise on other building utilities (fire protection drains/sewage electrics) are a plus.
Software knowledge: Microsoft Office HAP AutoCAD (REVIT MEP is a plus).
You are flexible to visit sites in Belgium and possibly other countries.
