Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Technical Presales Engineer at ytics Business Centre in Kampala. The Technical Presales Engineer will be responsible for understanding client needs presenting technical solutions and conducting product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Develop and deliver technical proposals RFPs and RFIs.
Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries during the sales process.
Create and maintain technical doentation including solution designs and technical specifications.
ist with proof of concept (PoC) projects to validate proposed solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends competitive products and emerging technologies.
Train sales teams on the technical aspects of products and solutions.
Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Technical background in IT Computer Science or related field
- Experience in presales solution consulting or technical sales
- Strong communication and presentation ss
- Knowledge of data ytics business intelligence and technology solutions
- Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with CRM or sales support tools
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
