Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Minimum Qualification : HND
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site labor including sed workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols building codes and regulations
- Coordinate and manage site activities including scheduling and budgeting
- Monitor and control materials workmanship and construction ods
- Liaise with clients architects engineers and other stakeholders
- Prepare and submit progress reports and site reports
- Ensure client satisfaction and exceed expectations
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree HND or CTC III in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving ss
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Ghanaian building codes and regulations

Qualification: Prospective Candidate MUST: Have 5 years or more experience supervisory role in roadworks, civil works or building construction Hold B.Sc. Civil Engineering or equivalent Be able to work with less supervision Possess good interpersonal communication ss Have knowledge in project management Have engineering design in roads or buildings background Have a good knowledge of applications such as Autodesk AutoCAD, MS Project/Similar, MS. Excel, MS. Powerpoint, MS Word etc.
