You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe position is based in Belgravia and is primarily live out so you will need to live within a short commute of Belgravia. There is frequent travel to Surrey and overseas where excellent accommodation shall always be provided.
Working Pattern:
Shared care fulltime covering both weekdays and weekends.
Schedule: Typically seven consecutive working days are followed by two days off where feasible. During busier periods (e.g. school holidays or when the primary nanny is on maternity leave) accrued days off may need to be taken at a later time with the aim of ensuring no more than two consecutive weeks without at least one day off.
Collaboration: The new nanny will work alongside the family s existing nanny who has been with them for over 5 years and will soon go on maternity leave.
Weekdays: 12 pm 8/8:30 pm during term time. Flexibility is required to accommodate the parents travel child illness school absences or jet lag.
Weekends: 8/9 am 8 pm with the working day typically ending when the family has dinner.
Travel: While it is uncommon for the parents to travel without their child the nanny may occasionally fly alone with the child and stay 12 nights before the parents join.
Holidays are arranged according to the family s schedule which is usually confirmed around three months in advance.
Location:
Weekdays: London (liveout with occasional overnight stays in a separate ensuite bedroom).
Weekends: Surrey (livein with separate accommodation provided).
School Holidays: The location may vary between London Surrey or abroad. During holidays travel often includes time abroad potentially on a yacht. The nanny will have a private bedroom and bathroom when travelling.
Support the parents who are handson and expect the nanny to follow their lead.
ist the child with homework and oversee their educational development.
Manage the child s wardrobe including putting away laundry (no washing) and purchasing necessary items (toiletries art supplies uniforms etc.).
Coordinate the child s schedule of cles and appointments.
Handle adhoc tasks and errands as required.
Experience as a tutor or Ex teacher ideally in UHNW households.
Experienced in tutoring up to 11 years old.
Creative and enjoys activities such as art and outdoor pursuits.
Highly flexible and able to adapt to a constantly evolving schedule.
Discreet ideally with experience in a staffed household.
Strong communication ss and a good team player.
A full clean driving license is preferred.
Individuals with numerous external commitments as the role can be demanding during certain times of the year.
Someone who watches the clock as the workload balances out over the year.
Compensation:
Salary is dependent on experience. The candidate should be content with the overall compensation package understanding that it includes all hours required by the role with no additional overtime payments.
The family s current nanny who has been with them for 5 years will soon go on maternity leave. Until then the new nanny will work alongside her.
The family also employs other staff including chefs housekeepers and a driver.
Candidates will be required to sign a NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA).

Nanny must be :
comfortable with shared care as the parents are handson although also very busy running an international business as well as sole care (and occasional proxy parenting)
Well mannered with good understanding of etiquette and different cultures and knowledge of other languages would be helpful. Must be able to teach etiquette and manners to the child.
