Job Description

We are currently looking for Wellness Advisors to join the team for our studio in Oyster Point South San Francisco. Working in partnership with the General Manager with new membership sales as well as the retention of current members. The Front Desk ociate provides superior customer service while isting new and current students with their membership needs.
We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and being part of building a strong YogaSix community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- ist with new membership sales as well as retention of current members through cl selections answering membership questions and transacting merchandise purchases
- Execute the full sales process of lead generation followup and closing the sale
- Meet and exceed sales goals as elished by the General Manager
- Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
- Book quality appointments to achieve the monthly sales quota
- Participate in grroots/community events (i.e. health fairs grand openings marathons community and hospital events etc.)
- ists with maintaining a clean safe and inviting environment
- ume responsibility for developing selling ss
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and training as needed
- Perform all other duties igned by management
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Strong sales and customer service ss
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss
- A goaloriented attitude to achieve sales targets
- Basic knowledge of products programming and pricing
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Proficient computer ss
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time and occasionally lift to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend lift kneel reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations

Successful Candidates Must Have: Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) from an accredited school Current Pennsylvania physical therapy license in good standing and all other state-required doentation At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient settings preferred At least one year of experience running a clinic preferred Interest in providing both orthopedic and vestibular therapy (pelvic floor is a plus, but not required) Computer literacy and proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding procedures Experience in a fast-paced outpatient clinic preferred Basic business ss and a thorough understanding of the economics of running a physical therapy clinic BLS-CPR certification Must be eligible to work in the United States-we cannot accept international candidates at this time Excellent written and verbal communication ss, interpersonal ss, and the ability to work with a wide variety of people Curious and eager to learn
