Job Description
Wimbledon SW19
We are seeking a highly sed and experienced live out Housekeeper for a fourfloor sixbedroom and sevenbathroom private residence. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness as well as coordinating with the Nanny/ PA to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Family is composed of 2 adults and 3 children: an 8 years old and twins 5 years old. Household is very busy Mum is running her business from home.
Duties:
Perform all housekeeping duties including cleaning laundry ironing and organizing.
Occasional babysitting when the nanny is off but this is not a must
Care of 1 cat and 2 gerbils when the family is away
Report maintenance or repair needs to the Nanny/ PA.
Take charge of answering the door deliveries etc
Keep on top of things that break / wobble / wear and tear and alert the Nanny/ PA or the Mum
Small bits of sewing buttons small tears etc
Keeping on top of stains on sofas / carpets etc
Reorganise / tidy cupboards when the family are away and there is less to do
Deal with all grocery deliveries
Cooking ideally you should be able to help cook some of the kids meals (sometimes the Nanny cooks but she does need some support with this) and to cook some of the Principals meals (23 times a week). However this is not an absolute must so please apply even if you can t cook/ or you can cook just basic meals etc
You will need to step in and help a bit more with the children when the Nanny/ PA is off and the grandparents are away as well. Also some help sometimes with some dinner parties etc.
Once you get to know the house and you are shown the duties/ given some training etc/ once you are settled in you are expected to own the job and run the household.
The Nanny/ PA deals with all the management/ PA side of things so this is just a housekeeping role.
Working Days and Hours
5 days a week Mon to Fri from 9am to 6pm with breaks.

Benefits
Salary: 40k50k gross per annum depending on experience. For Senior Housekeepers/ TOP candidates they will pay up to 60k gross per annum but you must be very experienced in doing all the duties above and basically run the household.
They are looking for someone with previous housekeeping experience Someone lovely and friendly, smiley with a cheerful personality, happy to work in a household where the client does not reside all the time and also to be part of the family Someone who can work on their own initiative and who will hit the ground running/ who will help run the house
