Epicor Developer

GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting is partnering with a client to hire an Epicor Software Developer to work under the direction of the Vice President of Finance. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of the company's software and data requirements. The position involves the development customization and ongoing maintenance of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in Epicor development a strong programming background and excellent ytical ss. The developer will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement changes that enhance business processes and improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Customization: Design develop and implement customizations and enhancements within the Epicor ERP system using C# BPM BAQ SSRS BRE and other tools in the Epicor framework.
• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate Epicor with internal and external systems to ensure efficient data flow and communication across platforms.
• Business Process Optimization: Partner with business users and stakeholders to understand needs yze processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleing for softwarerelated issues diagnosing problems identifying solutions and implementing fixes promptly.
• Data Management: Develop and manage reports dashboards and data extracts using SQL SSRS and other tools to support business needs.
• Doentation: Maintain comprehensive doentation of all customizations configurations and development work to ensure clarity and continuity for future development and support.
• Training & Support: ist in training users on new functionalities and best practices within the Epicor system.
• Project Management: Lead or participate in ERPrelated projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Epicor ERP including customization development and implementation.
  • Proficient in C# .NET SQL and related programming languages and tools.
  • Handson experience with Epicor tools such as BPM BAQ SSRS BRE and Epicor Service Connect.
• Ss:
  • Strong ytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication ss both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational ss with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of manufacturing finance or distribution processes relevant to the company’s industry.
• Certifications: Epicor certifications are a plus.
