We are seeking a compionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver you will provide personalized support and istance to individuals in need helping them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes or in our care facilities.

Responsibilities
Provide oneonone support and companionship to clients
ist with daily living activities such as bathing dressing and grooming
Help with meal preparation feeding and medication management
Support mobility and transfers including lifting and transferring clients as needed
ist with household tasks such as laundry and light housekeeping
Provide emotional support and empathy to clients and their families
Monitor and report any changes in clients conditions or needs
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0 more years of experience in caregiving or a related field
Ability to lift transfer and move clients as needed
Basic computer ss and familiarity with electronic medical records
Excellent communication and interpersonal ss
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
P a background check and drug screening

Working Conditions:
Work in clients homes or in our care facilities
Frequent lifting bending and standing
Occasional exposure to infectious diseases
